A high intensity all-round workout using correct Muay Thai technique to punch, kick, elbow and knee the pads.

Technique with Kru Craig

A low to medium level intensity workout with an extremely strong focus on technique.

Fight training with Coach Derek

With over 40 fights including multiple Australian and Queensland Titles, this session will sharpen your ring control and fight game.

A low intensity session with a strong focus on technique and understanding of Muay Thai.
